We require a $100 deposit when booking to secure your date and time. Once the deposit is received, your spot is guaranteed. The remaining balance will be collected upon completion of your trip. We accept credit cards and cash at the dock.
Note: Checks cannot be accepted on the day of the trip.
We realize that things pop up in life, so we try to be as flexible as possible. However, we do require 5 days advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 5 days will forfeit the deposit, however it may be applied to a future trip.
If weather conditions become unsafe, the Captain may choose to cancel the trip. In this event, your deposit will be returned promptly or may be applied to a rescheduled trip. The Captain will give as much advance notice as possible. We do not jeopardize the safety of our clients.
Deposits can be made directly during checkout when you book through our website. Final payment can be made by cash or credit card after the charter. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) can be accepted with a 3% convenience fee. Checks can only be accepted for the full amount 5 days in advance.
